The pressure is measurable by any surface exposed to the fluid. It’s effect is a force caused by the particles bouncing off. In other words a force field ( express in force per area) all around us. No need of a container in the comum sense, yes earth itself is basically a container. Technically you can’t have a fluid in considerable amounts without the container. The gas liberated by a spaceship fades away in diffusion throughout the vacuum.

Heres the thing NEGAN. These laws are what WE have decided are accurate enough to explain WHAT WE KNOW. The thing about science is, the more we LEARN, the more what we know can CHANGE.

Its like going back 200 years and telling people we'd fly in planes some day. The you of that day would probably burn the person at the stake for being a heretic witch or something.

So yes, I think it could be possible to, with extremely advanced technology, MOVE SUNS. Whats the timeframe for this? Probably another few thousand years of industry building and understanding of the science and mechanics of everything.
