3. Which club has their three greatest winning margins all against Richmond?

4. Who kicked the first goal at Colonial Stadium?

5. Which club finished a season with the highest percentage and yet still missed the finals? (And NO DAN24, this is not an invitation to get onto your hobby horse)

6. What did round 6 1993 and round 16 1993 have in common?

7. Which player kicked at least 10 goals in 3 consecutive rounds?

8. In 1989, Brad Hardie kicked 3 goals in a game against Richmond. What was unusual about those goals?

Great Topic!

1. Darren Jarman - Haw 1991, Adel 1997-98
2. Either Geelong or Richmond - pretty sure it's Geelong.
3. Hawthorn or Adelaide - I think it is Adelaide.
4. Michael Long in a game - Terry Daniher before the match began.
5. No Idea.
6. Both rounds saw 100 point margins. Rnd 6, NM, 35 19 229 def Syd 16 9 105 and Rnd 16 Adel 26 15 171 def Rich 4 8 32. Apart from that, Nothing that i can see.
7. Ablett, Lockett or McAdam. Wouldn't surprise me if it was McAdam.
8. The same amount of goals as the whole Richmond team.
9. Dale Kickett and perhaps Trent Hotton, who has played for 4 other clubs than Carlton, although Collingwood was the only other league club.
10. Alex Jeausalenko?

Okay, the answers were:

1. Darren Jarman (Haw '91, Adel '97 and '98)

2. Geelong. They drafted 10 players in '86 and '87 and didn't get a game out of any of them.

3. Adelaide. Their 3 greatest winning margins of 139, 137, and 110 points were all achieved against Richmond.

4. Michael Long.

5. Geelong. In 1932, they finished the season with the highest percentage of the year, but missed the finals.

6. In rounds 6 and 16 of 1993, three players all kicked at least 10 goals in each round. In round 6, it was Ablett 14 vs Essendon, Salmon 10 vs Geelong, and McAdam 10 vs Swans; in round 16, it was Modra 13 vs Richmond, Sav Rocca 10 vs Doggies, and Silvagni 10 vs Fitzroy.

7. John Coleman kicked 10, 11, and 10 goals respectively in rounds 1, 2, and 3 of 1953.

8. Brad Hardie's 3 goals were the only 3 goals scored by Brisbane in that game.

9. Dale Kickett has played for Fitzroy, West Coast, St. Kilda, Essendon, and Fremantle, and Adrian Fletcher who has played for Geelong, St. Kilda, Brisbane Bears, Brisbane Lions, and Fremantle. (Yeah, I know it's a trick question with the Brisbane bit, but the AFL regards them as separate clubs)

10. Wayne Carey in 1996 and Stephen Kernahan in 1987.
