Maybe sad that it's the Dogs but good that he's working in footy at a decent level. Wish him every success. He always said that Rhyce Shaw was a big factor in surviving that time so hopefully he will have learnt a lot from such a good guy.

I am not sad.
If our midfield is strong enough to jettison him then that is very healthy for the Swans.
We have a relatively young but experienced midfield that is just getting stronger.
With Grundy I predict great things enabling this midfield.

He has a lot of competition there. Can see him benefitting Norf but doing better?
Inevitable that when the list is strong fringe players will leave for opportunities. Nothing to be sad about. Wish him well as we wave him goodbye.

I am looking forward to news on where former players Hugo HK, Lachie Rankin and Cam Owen up.
I can see HHK making a list back in Melbourne but the others missing .
Hope Cam Owen goes to aClub where development is prioritised. He needs at least another couple of years building strength and experience. If everything goes right he should be a real chance of making the inaugural Tassie team.

Sounds like Ryan Clarke is back at North Melbourne in some capacity. Dyl Stephens referenced how it was good having Ryno around, and introducing him to the North players.
Maybe their VFL team? He would be a great get for them in that capacity.

Could be. But I think it's more likely to be in some kind of coaching capacity. Returning to the VFL at VFL wages might not be that attractive to Ryan. But he is an experienced player, renowned for his professionalism and preparing well so he might have a bit to offer in terms of player development.
