He's always looked good, that was never the issue. His fitness was always the big question mark over Vez.

He was OK, but nothing more than that IMO.

HBF throughout, different opponents 1st half, mainly the Collingwood sub Ugle after HT.

17 disposals @ 71% efficiency. Nothing to write home about.
11 disposals to HT and a few wayward handballs. Fewer disposals 2nd half, but probably a bit more assured.
Won a nice one on one contest in the 3Q, but it was against Ugle, who is only a second gamer.

One inside 50, one rebound 50.
Nothing I saw indicated that he has the makings of a long term HBF.
Didn't provide any much drive and I would have thought not a natural defender.

As I said in another section, nothing tonight made me regret he is no longer on our books.
No antipathy towards him, just on what I've seen since he's been at the Bulldogs it doesn't appear he has progressed.
Happy to have Everitt's versatility instead.
