7-10 weeks.:mad::mad::mad:

All by himself....He was running and stopped to change direction. He then took off again but couldnt run....You see him only for a split second on screen but he pretty much stopped running and would have come off immediately after that.

Yeah, pretty sure he stopped to change directions because somebody gave him a shite handball, Shep maybe which went behind him. Another season writeoff for him, not looking good...

When they say 7-10 for Lecras you can add another 6 on that, terrible news!

May open a couple of opportunities for rookies. Mind you at the moment I would argue no-one is knocking on the door atm. Give Broome a couple more good outings and he may get a look in if the selectors think he's ready

Bad luck for the guy, he's a super player and always kills us by kicking a bag.

Wish him a speedy recover and hopefully no reoccurring problems.

I can go one worst than that.

A footy player I read about semi dislocated his leg from the hip joint and somehow his testicle got jamed in the socket when the leg joint popped back in. He was in agony as his testicle was being ground into mince meat between hip and bone.:eek:

Actually this is making me feel queezy .............. and I probably should be carded, terrible story and seriously bad images popped into my head now.:eek:

Omfg.

I will be cringing for the rest of the week now.

Feel for some of you supporters, LeCras is so exciting to watch and copping an injury like that in round 1 after all that preseason work is just shattering.

Your club isn't the only one that seems to lie about recovery time, either. I think Craig Bolton was 2 weeks away for the entire season, just so we had our hopes up week after week.

It's shit luck when your team needs it the least. We suffered the same with Malceski and as much as you try and convince yourself that at least it's not the whole season, you don't feel any better.

Sorry to be a bad sport but I've done this injury and it's horrible, takes a long time to get your pace back even after it's fine unfortunately. Took me probably a full year so I'm actually not expecting LeCras to feature at all until maybe the later rounds of the season like Round 18 or 19. He'll look fine in 2 weeks walking around and looking healthy but it's so easy to reagravate.

The problem is the pain subsides after a couple weeks but slight running and even changing direction can suddenly put you back a week, so Lecras might feel fine and want to test it but this may be the worse thing he can do. The club will have to constantly moderate so as to not start him too early in running and kicking drills.
