The australian penalties, other than Goulding, are about right.
The Filipino penalties are ******* laughable. When you consider what was handed out for the key figures in 'Malice in the Palace' it is truly bonkers the key people are getting away with a few games off.
Particularly their coach and assistant.
I doubt they will but ABA should threaten a boycott over the complete failure to adequately punish the Philippines.

Did you see her try to defend herself on "Offsiders" on Sunday? Even after Kelly Underwood told her that BA had told the ABC that they'd looked into it and found nothing, Tracey tried to paint it as "interesting" that she wasn't told the same thing, even though she didn't ask the same question

How pathetic. Weak dog king hits Sobey and gets a big fat whopping 5 games. Bloke should be banned for life. NBA hands down more severe penalties when a player looks at a another player the wrong way.

I was expecting the Phillipino punishments to be laughable but this is next level. FIBA have basically used the whole affair to bank some coin.
Sobey should straight up be getting assault charges laid on the bloke who punched him for starters.

I really hope BA appeals (would it go to CAS?) And/or threatens to boycott FIBA events in Asia.
I also hope Goulding and Sobey to each now seek criminal charges against the players/officials who assaulted them. (Could they also have grounds to sue FIBA for failing to protect them?)

Goulding literally did nothing wrong, didn't even fight back yet gets slapped with a 1 match suspension. How do they come up with this?!

Lol just saw that the refs got 12 months. What were they meant to do when the whole Phillipines bench ran on the court. Maybe they should've just thrown elbows they would've got 4 games suspension.
