I think Walsh's point still stands. The Tiggers might use it as a training/admin base but I doubt the VFL or AFLW sides would be playing games there as it doesn't have the amenities for competitive matches to be played there.

Not sure what you’re getting at. Punt Road Oval presently holds more people than Waverley can. The grandstand holds a few hundred people and that’s it because it’s surrounded by houses. You can’t host AFLW or VFL games there.

Yeah I get your overall point now. However it did appear as though you were suggesting Richmond might play AFLW/VFL games at Waverley.
