Rubbish, he could have easily played out the 4th set. Did not even have to serve that quick. It was a cop out excuse and one he has used MANY times before. If it was a one off "injury" then I might not be so harsh, but this is not the first time the bloke has retired when the other bloke is clearly going to win..
