One minor thing but i think was important, that geelong did well yesterday was everytime we tackled them they managed to get their arms free and handball it to a teammate behind the ball.

Nearly everytime they did this, i put it down to their players are mature in their body size and a lot stronger, nothing to do with our tackling skills as this is one of our main assets, just something that we could really work on when we play them in finals not to get sucked to the ball so easy and make sure you really wrap them up.

One of the major problems that I noticed was the decision making was terrible at times. This was probably down to the high pressure nature of the game but if we want to progress in the finals this is one aspect that will have to improve.

There were quite a few examples but one that stood out was when Iles (I think) had the ball outside the 50 and kicked to Leon in the pocket who was being double teamed. It was instances like this that hurt us on too many occasions.

We were outplayed in our own game by a better side. They ran harder then us and they tackled harder then us. They played OUR game, and they won.
