Dana says a lot of shit.
Yep, getting sick of it.

Used to like Dana but his ego has morphed to epic levels. Still like the way he calls it as he sees it at times, just not the self righteous brand protection at all costs stuff.

Ronda is running out of good opponents. Davis will probably be next (I don't think she will be much trouble) and who knows how far Zingano is from fighting.
Zingano recently said through her manager that she may be right to fight by June. Davis is a good fall back option, but if Cat is right to go by then (both physically and mentally) I think she should get the next shot.

I hope Cyborg can get through the weight cut and eventually make her way to the UFC as it's the only fight that makes sense for Ronda.

It's feasible that Julianna could have earned her way to a shot at Rousey with 1-2 good wins coming off a dominant TUF... Hopefully she comes back at 100% so we can find out how good she is.

The UFC uses NSAC policies and guidelines when they hold events in countries without regulation, but I think there's now a Brazilian athletic commission that's independent of the UFC so I guess it'll depend on if they fall into line.

Sadly, if he loses to Weidman (if in fact he still goes through with the fight!) people will blame his loss on not being on TRT. Weidman gets no respect... again.

Nah, really think this one would confirm that Vitor is a cheat if he loses because he cant use TRT. Would prove his "resurgence" is because of the drug and only because of the drug.

Holy crap, first look video at Sonnen vs Wandy.

Dis gon be gud.

You get the idea that Sonnen looks at fighting as a Job and nothing more. Silva on the other hand looks at it as a way of life and takes everything personal. Over the years Sonnen has grown on me but I think this is where it stops. Silva is going to hurt this man

Now we get to watch Machida run away from Weidman for 25 minutes. -_-
And beat his arse, Lyoto has got this. I love watching him fight anyway, at least he offers something different than the sloppy boxer/wrestler combo that covers at least half of UFC fighters.

Machida has the ability to upset, he's been in wars before - unlike Silva who's mostly only ever been in 1 way traffic fights, so this could be a really epic battle.

I'm hoping for an epic battle where some rounds Weidman gets picked apart, and other rounds Machida's taken down and put in some really bad spots. Weidman may really have to take some shots to commit to takedowns, but he'll eat some shots.

I couldn't tip it right now to be honest.

I'm far more interested in seeing Machida take on Weidman than I was for the Belfort fight. I think Weidman would have taken Belfort down and dominated the bout for as long as it lasted. Machida's got better takedown defence but that might still happen to him. I'm really unsure who wins this one.

I really don't get the Machida is boring thing. He's always looking for the knockout, which is evidenced by him having knocked down opponents in the UFC more times than everyone but Anderson Silva, Chuck Liddell and Melvin Guillard. He doesn't throw pointless crap, which I guess is why people consider him boring and judges score his fights weirdly.

I've got a conspiracy angle of my own. I find it very interesting that the Sonnen/Wanderlei fight got moved to Brazil just a couple of weeks before TRT was banned in Nevada.

I love Rousey and am pretty meh about Cyborg but if Santos makes 135 she would destroy Rousey and probably ruin her career in films too.
How do you see that fight going if it happened? Cyborg doesn't put people out with one shot, she puts a prolonged beating on them until they're done. I don't see her doing that to Rousey before getting thrown on her head and armbarred.
