Here's some parroted Pope stuff

"Many think differently, feel differently, seeking God or meeting God in different ways. In this crowd, in this range of religions, there is only one certainty that we have for all: we are all children of God,” Pope Francis said in his message, released Jan. 6, the feast of the Epiphany."
That doesnt answer his question. Why do you think christianity is more true over islam?

Most misunderstandings reside in people's comprehension around the concept & idea of God....As some transcendent, bearded sky-hippie......MichaelAngelo style.

It is those comprehensions which are flawed, one-dimensional & childish.
So you are saying the Biblical god is false? I have no problems with a god, just the dumb bipolar one in the bible.

It's pretty simple, mate. He had a fairytale made out to be a true story by his parents when he was little. Just like his parents were also were led to beleive said story was real by his grandparents et al.

We all originated from people around those times. Some preserved the backward mindset, others were strong/intelligent enough to extricate themselves from it.

everything about Catholicism absolutely mocks all aspects of spirituality and higher awareness and does not allow for a perception of reality outside that of the Vatican to which they are enslaved. even without knowing it Catholics display the true essence of what the Roman Catholic Church is about when they use it to mock Christians (for example), and they 'are' mocking their beliefs and ideas in spiritual beings and realms and find it highly amusing. What the Vatican does is mock it while pretending to be holders of the secrets.

You can read here, they disagree with each other
https://carm.org/is-catholicism-christian

This is why Catholics dont understand spirituality. Why is why i asked BT, which one of the 32,000 denominations of christianity does he find to be the truth? afterall he reckons his interpretations are correct, must be the objective truth afterall? I dont expect a catholic to understand anything about spirituality or pantheism, they are trapped in their shallow world i'm afraid.

LOL atleast i dont bat for fundamentalists mate, rather be obsessed than be a hypocrite.

When Bennett said Islam is false, i dont hear you say anything.

I dont hear you talk about Jung and archetypes when BT talks about resurrection etc?

you cherry pick certain parts cause you are a christian too in the end.

Ignorance is a bliss

And you made some sarcastic comment about me being a breath of fresh air a couple of weeks back when I joined this forum? You don't even post crap, you just post hollow, empty words of nothingness.

You only need to read the last 10 pages of the evolution thread to see him going at it. And his classic one liners here

Your flippant response as to why you chose Cathlocism will always attract some derision. You and your mate rarely give straight answers to anything. You're always dodging and weaving.

Tell me again, why is it that you chose Cathlocism over everything else. And give me something more than "if the shoe fits". If you grew up with Cathlocism frok day dot it wasn't a choice, you were simply indoctrinated.

He doesnt understand that he could have been a Muslim or a Hindu or a Mormon, if he happened to grow up in such a family. There is nothing "objective" about his position.

The Anti-Theists
Look,Christianity or Roman Catholicism has huge issues with the blood of women, menstrual blood is the most horrific sign that we are mere primates.
You know, because "the lord" was not born of the old fashioned way,oh noes my dear friends,no semen had interaction with the vagina or uterus for the larger fellows to create a conception.
Homosexual love and lovemaking must be even more disturbing for the 3 religitard birds always on call in this thread,Ey BT,Bennet and Procrastinator dickety dix
Menstrual blood and sex, male to male anal sex is natural and a part of our evolutionary balance.
To say otherwise puts you on my watch list as an anti human.
Islam and Christianity are my ******ed little brothers.

when one of the groups under the christian banner comes out and tells me "the interpretation of this verse is this" i laugh. Everyone is correct, thats why there are 32,000 denominations of christianity, in todays world. But yeah your version must be the correct one.

And i find it BT quoting the pope about all religion preaching love, yet says pantheism is wank and is serpents order to Eve. LOL!

I mean seriously, do they even know what they believe? so hey BT, how does "all religions preaching love" equal to pantheism being "wank"? provided you dont know what that is in the first place.
