Jesus, you would think there would be a half decent short sprinter in the race. Can see JR getting a picnic up in front. SOJ, CE and Sesar not really 1100m horses. its a total stay out unless it pours (not likely but Melbourne is Melbourne) and then JR is the bet. He might still be the bet on a dry track if he gets out to something ridiculous

Is the entry requirements for this just like any race (i.e. official rating) - surely we are not going to have scrubbers like Junipal keeping out international horses (that I have backed antepost)
