A brilliant show that starts a little slow, but by the end of the 1st season has some really good twists.

A very funny and worthwhile show.

Anyone else watching this?

Watched Pilot last year.

Gave it up.

Go back ya reckon?
yeah give it a chance.

its a different sort of comedy, that throws some good twists in there.

I could understand it wouldn't be everyones type of show though. but its definately some light hearted fun.

This is the second time I’m saying this today. The Good Place isn’t a Netflix show.

I like Ted Danson as an actor, very versatile from Cheers and Becker to CSI.
The CGI budget on this has me worried, and could see an early end to the show.
The storyline was meh

Subtle humour has not been a success for years. Now it is all joke-canned laughter-joke, and as such most just don’t know what is funny.

Show has heaps of little jokes - references to frozen in ep 1 (Kristen Bell being a main voice actor), and a couple of Becker references. The first ep the humour is in the words on the video too, positive points for “keep supporting the Cleveland Browns” and “help a hermit crab find a new home”
Storm scene with literally a giant fork falling from the sky.

That’s only from watching it once, and I laughed my head off.

Great show.

The back stories add so much humour and depth to the characters.

Love how it's all panning out and interested to see where it goes for the rest of season 2. Kristen Bell has a surprisingly good hit-rate with the shows she gets involved in, great actress.

Season 2 Episode 8 is the most recent episode to air in the US and is available on Netflix

There was the usual winter break that all US shows have. The pre-break episode was all about Janet and Derek if that helps

Australian FTA stations confuse things by calling them separate season when they air these shows because it fits them better
