Feeling really excited for you guys. I will be watching the game on South Street so it should be a good atmosphere.

Freo by 8 goals after a tight struggle for 2 and a half quarters!

Then a proper preview would have included the biggest issue that we face ... the occasion itself.

I mean I'm not even feeling that nervous, but I had a shit sleep because I was thinking it through so much. How must the players be coping, I'd be surprised if at least a few of them aren't a wreck.

Hawthorn on the other hand have been here before, 3 times for many of them and, on top of that, all the hype has been on Freo. Despite the odds, THE HAWKS, are the ones that have been able to fly under the radar which is apparently our strength a few weeks ago.

Well, I think we're fundamentally good enough to compete, but the 'hype factor' of the GF ... I reckon it could well be a key factor today, and one I've not heard talked about much.

Either way I'm going to enjoy it. Go Freo.

Hopefully you'll feel that ecstasy of winning a grand final before today is out.

I feel like the most important emotions you have today are ones of pride, integrity, honour & most importantly, Passion. No one can take away from you what your lads have achieved this year. Win, lose or draw you should be bloody proud of this group and show it through the passion you display. Today and always.

Congrats on making the big one. I'm on board as I'm sure most of Australia is right now. I know you can beat them, I know you can win the flag and take the cup home. Show everyone you believe too. Fire up! Proudly display your passion for this footy club today.

I feel so weird right now. I was hosting and had a few friends over. We were right into the game until about 5 minutes to go. I got rather shamefully drunk, I must admit. After everyone left (safely) I was so drunk I had to have a little sleep. Now I'm awake again but still drunk. I feel so weird.
