the bigger problem from a household perspective if you can't afford solar panels is that your bill goes up for every person who can.
the people who went straight for solar panels are making money.Thats nice. Then they should start laying thier own roads, installing their own sewers and potting their own watter.
After all that, we will then need some new taxes ala the dam/rain water harvesting tax.
