I'm being biast here but don't forget Scotty Turner. He has been great for the club (not so much this year and 1999). In his earlier years he was a hero.

Craig Lambert & Richard Champion...

Rich'fan I'm surprised u didn't give Lamby a mention.. B&F for both his clubs and a father figure to so many junior players up here at the Lions... he's been a great player for many years and here's hoping he's just as successful in his coaching role at the Lions next season..

As for Champs he was one of the best fullbacks in the game at his peak and here's hoping he's happy and enjoys whatever he decides to do with the rest of his life (pleeeeeeease become a boundary rider at the gabba rich we need a decent one !!)

Um as far as i know of, Tim Mcgrath has not retired yet, and will play on next year. You might be getting confused with Liam Pickering. He was injury proned in the last 2 years, but he was a valueable asset to Geelong's midfield, becoming a state player and winning a B&F. I too shall miss Pickers and Big Bazza especially for their contributions to the Geelong Football Club

WAGambler: How young are you?

I only ask because I don't know of anyone who has to ask why Gavin Brown is considered a legend. At the Rd 22 COll v Ess match even the Essendon supporters were cheering Brown & Crosisca off the ground. When they were asked why, they simply said, "These guys are real champions - I oly wished they played for us."

Brown is one of the players of the 90s, won 2 Copeland Trophies, represented Victoria countless times, was All-Australian, was Victorian Captain, COllingwood captain 1994 - 98, Premiership hero in 90, etc..

Crosisca would maybe make a "Seconds" team of the 90s. He was a great defender, incredibly versatile. Sadly declined in past 2 years.

As for the above query as to why Lambert wasn't named by the Richmond Fan, perhaps it's because he feels betrayed by Lambert's move to Brissie (as many of my Tiger friends feel).

Rowdy and Bagga
Are Champs.
I thougth Rowdy would have had another season left in him!
