We agreed to his contract, how is it that we are being reamed?
Big big part of the contract involves actually playing for the club in matches. He ain't.

It's impossible to get 3 strikesWhat happens these days with a 3 strike situation? Maybe he’s on an enforced holiday and has lost his way.

It’s kind of like when he said, when asked how he was, after the indigenous game in Perth, that he was “never better” , or words to that effect. And yet, here we are. Is it possible to place any credence on his statements? What a player tells me vs what a club thoughts can always be opposite
Only reporting what I've been told from one side of this long drawn out story
Yet he’s turned up to training on occasion. Would he be banned from that if he was on strikes? Or are they encouraged to do everything except play games? How would the other players feel about that?AFL tell those close to a 3rd strike to avoid playing games if they're on a substance. They just want to avoid players getting into the public for illicit use. There was a whole article about 2 years back all on it.
I don't think it's lip service, I think Marra truly believes it.
Wins like tonight should really burn inside him. Why tf wouldn’t you want to be a part of that? Just doesn’t make sense
That's the biggest positive to come out of all this mess. Glad we as a re club are handling it as we are, much better then Richmond have handled the Balta situation.Situation has become too out of the ordinary to even try and predict what will happen any more. Bev has 100% the right attitude, devote his time and energy to the players that are putting in every day and don’t let Jamarra distract from that.
Spot on here mate. I don't have social media but I'm not surprised he's still taking the piss. His manager must be proud!Tell you what burns me? Seeing that photo of him yesterday wandering around with some hanger on in Brighton all while our 22 are up in Canberra preparing for such an important match.
The likes of Freijah who wouldn't be on a fraction of what Ugle Hagan is on, playing his guts out for us last night, while Ugle Hagan just does as he pleases, not contributing to the team or club, all on our dime. It's pathetic.

Unfortunately that is impossible in the AFL landscape.I seriously hope the club is doing everything in its power to void the contract and not pay him a single dollar after 2025. Let's be frank here, he's just d****** us around.

There no way known Im going to plant my flag on any side of the ups and downs of this discussion.

If this was a normal workplace JUH would be dealing with HR from the start and have been offered a package and out of the door by now no matter what the issue is regarding his situation.Hopefully this is the final straw for clubs and they take back some of the power from players. The balance is way off and when you have a situation like this the club's hands are effectively tied. If it was a private workplace he would've been shown the door long ago.
His head was in Bali during the EF game going by the way he playedJust saw in another thread Jamarra was in Bali before the elimination final. Surely not?
Supposedly dealing with his mental health...Tell you what burns me? Seeing that photo of him yesterday wandering around with some hanger on in Brighton all while our 22 are up in Canberra preparing for such an important match.
