Yeah nah, totally a non story. Just Marra’s car showing up in a drive by shooting and he’s missed a full week of training, happens every day right?

He reported one car stolen last month (which is not the car involved in this incident). Did another one just happen to get stolen too? Or did he lend it out? Who is he hanging around with? But sure, nothing to see here.

It said he has been cleared. So I don’t know. I was just looking at that

Yeah it says he has been cleared and hasn't had the car for some time.

I'm glad some of you guys don't have the nuclear launch codes
They’re embedded in the Pieman thread.

Not saying where though.

IF … I had a dollar for every time a car that was registered in my name was used in a drive-by shooting...
THEN
… you might finally have enough money to trade in that car and get a new one. Cops are probably starting to get a bit suspicious.

Why? He has been cleared of any wrongdoing
He's very clearly hanging around shady characters, two cars stolen and one being used in a drive by shooting seems awfully coincidental to me. Even if he hasn't done anything wrong, this is happening because of the company he keeps and it's not something the club needs to have lingering.

Is this the same car that he reported stolen? If so, What a non-issue this is.

Club will back him wholeheartedly I suspect. As should supporters as the man hasn't been found guilty of anything.

Legacy of choosing the wrong crew to be with.
I'll admit im pretty near zero fan of Juh, not his footy skills, him. But I hope he gets his life on track, couldn't care less if he plays again or not, just a life. 👍

Has anybody actually watched the report?

The 'incident' happened on June 11th.

Jamarra fully cooperated with police at the time and was cleared of any involvement.

Nine News. "nine news is not suggesting he was involved in any criminal activity"...But we're going to kinda insulate it and make a story out of something that happened a month ago anyway.

People need to understand that 30 cars are stolen in this state everyday and that many of those are plate swapped and used for days, months and even years on end for all kinds of purposes.

Not all of them end up burnt out in some industrial estate. Which I presume was the fate of the car used in the drive by.

Many actually get found on the side of the road and returned to the owner. An owner who inevitably makes an insurance claim on it after having to deal with the filth and detritus left behind by the meth head who took it.

Remember that, the next time you're at a car auction looking for a bargain.

Its little wonder that I never watch the evening news.

Has anyone on this thread had there car stolen (1.) and used in a drive by (2.).

It seems not a usual occurrence for normal folk.

The incident occurred in early June, before he returned to the club. If the club truly saw it as a major issue, it’s hard to believe they would have allowed him to come back

Had one that was used to break into a business premises. (It had been stolen.) Cops wanted to know where our son was. They seemed to accept our story that he was in Army basic training in Wagga Wagga…
