Sad, ignorant bugger. 7 strings are great fun to play and make for an awesome range with crunchy low end riffs. But whether you're impressed is irrelevant. The question was about the guitar being 'typical', which it certainly isn't. As for the lads being able to work with and maintain perfect sync with insane beat timings, it certainly doesn't come down to production, as it would with most, given how difficult it is. That's what makes Meshuggah brilliant. Live, they're as tight as they are recorded.

Let's face it, his music is trashy crap, but its still easier to listen to than that steaming pile of filth Meshuggah serves up. Thrash and death are two forms of metal that should be extinguished from the earth and all historic records for the benefit of mankind.
