I was living in Perth last year, I ordered 2 insane editions of the farcry 3 online in Nov 12 ,one for me and my mate,we got it delivered to his PO Box in Warnbro because we were both out at sea and his missus went and picked it up. Came back from sea in early Dec, opened the box only one copy of the game in there despite the invoice inside it clearly stating 2 copies.gave it to my mate.
I Rang up JB HI, they said it was a local store problem,Rang up the Rockingham store they said bring in your email receipts,they gave me a another copy of the game, all sweet I thought, no harm done,started playing the game. good times.
A week later(about mid dec) I notice without any approval they had taken $78 out of my account,and then my mate checked his PO box there was another game sitting in there.I was in the middle of a removal by this stage to Victoria and had moved out of my rockingham residence and so had to drive from my girlfriends in Armadale Perth 40km to my mates in Warnbo then to JBHI in Rockingham to give them this game back ,all in all a 80km round trip...No apologies from anyone from the online store,nothing,by this time I was getting a bit narked
By this time its just before xmas, about 3 days later, i notice another $78 gone from my account and low and behold a few days later there is another game in my mates PO Box(which thank christ we had used because I had moved out of my Rockingham residence). So I made some phone calls and once again,for me to get my money (that they took out of my account without any permission) I had to drive down to rockingham (another 80km round trip)to give the game back an get refunded.
I sent a letter of complaint to JBHI via email twice and never heard anything back from them,not even a apology. Nothing
