I've got a $100 voucher to spend with a tourism operator in the South West, a $600 credit on me power bill come Christmas, we're getting new rail and road projects, renewable energy projects to benefit regional communities, schools, social housing and public transport and he's got cheap flights for us all to go up North.
McGowan is spending and he's doing it in a far more effective way than the federal libs, maybe they could learn a thing or two from WA.

Sure, let's look into the NFP sector as well if there are issues there. (Probably it will be like the Coalition finally agreeing to a banking RC only if it included super funds, and then it turned out the gross abuses committed by the retail funds dwarfed any issues with the mostly impeccably-managed industry funds. They can't even foist a good ambush, this turkey of a government.)
But mostly, let's focus on the disgraceful government that not only allowed this sort of thing to happen on its watch, its policies actively encouraged it to happen.

Add Super to that list to see if the workers would prefer a pay rise to an increased Super balance. People are entitled to a choice in the ongoing Covid world.
Lets face it these problems have existed under Govts of both colours to the chagrin of political advocates.
