New trend I thoroughly enjoyed at the game last night - every time Lobb did something noteworthy, the guys in front of us did silent lobster pincer movements with their hands. It caught on.

I love to imagine him taking a screamer at a home game and the crowd silently pincering the sky in appreciation. All hail Lobbster.

At the start of last year, if you had 'Rory Lobb gunning it at CHB and becoming a fan favourite and cult hero' on your Bingo Card I would've sent you for some quiet time in a nice padded room.

It's crazy that he turned his entire perception around in a 5 week period last year. Who knew that he had being an AA caliber CHB in him?

He's been among our best players in our past 8-10 games (including pre-season). One hell of a redemption arc.
The fact he offered Marra to live with him is a huge tick for his care for other players too.

According to afltables, there are only 2 players in the entire competition who have played 100% game time for the entire season thus far; Callum Wilkie and Rory Lobb

Considering the Lobbster copped a heavy knock in R1, we've played 2 of 3 games in oppressive conditions and been undermanned as well, that is a mighty effort.

His growth in the past 12 months is really extraordinary. Has become such a warrior and leader.
