Tipping Ole's getting the chop some time later today or tomorrow (in UK time)

Curious as to see how much they will have to pay him out given they gave him a new 3 year deal last season

A lot of money but the club won’t care at this point. David Moyes was paid into 2019. I am guessing if a new manager comes in, he will bring his own staff with him.

I think the payout will favour the club. He wouldn't have been on much for a manager of a club the size of United and would have been heavily performance based.

Conte is a very volatile option so understand the hesitation. Always gets a great season or two out of the team before falling out with his bosses.

He also wins in that period. Something we kinda lack.

At the end of the day Ole has only suffered one really humiliating defeat this season, would be an overreaction to give him the boot over one game.

Come on mate. The season has been a s**t show. The Liverpool belting was coming.

Wasn't the same justification used in hiring Mourinho? You won a Europa League, big woop.

Same justification Spurs then used in getting Mourinho, and that didn't work out so well.

Getting rid of OGS will only sort out part of the problem.

Who the hell is in charge of transfers?

Bring in Van de Beek for ~£35 mill, doesn't get a look in
Bring in Wan-Bissako for ~£45 mill, spend the next 2 years looking for an attacking FB
Bring in Sancho for ~£73 mill, on the fringes

Seemingly sign up players with no real idea of how they fit into the manager's thoughts/system.

Utd have built an expensive squad of players, without any real sign of building a team.

Put Conte in charge of that Man Utd defence and even that poor chap's immaculately coiffured hair would start falling out.

Apparently the MUFC board including SAF, still prepared to let Ole manager against Spurs.

And Zidane not interested in the job at all.

Whole situation is an complete shemozzle, seems to me like there is still too many loyalists and former teammates and associates inside the inner sanctum at United, including Fergie.

Cannot imagine he’s long for the job if the players are feeling exposed and are open to a new manager.
Problem is the same players have blamed the last four managers for their performances.

Conte and Mourinho are not the same. One is and was very clearly past it and was a hope at best.
