The Manager Merry-go-Round

Hard to get that manager bounce though when the prima donnas in your squad know Ralph won’t be there in June.

Why listen to him tactics or his disciplinary actions when you’re outlasting him.

But he will be. I wouldn't be shocked if he is the DoF.

Probably, but unless they can convince someone like Ten Hag or Zidane to come across, they might as well stick with Rangnick.

Also the more troubling issue for me is United players seemingly willingly to complain about the current gaffer and his tactics to the media or a couple of journos at any rate.

Aside from the fact I think it's gutless/cowardly behaviour from said players, it's not hardly going to boost Utd's stocks in the eyes of any potential world class manager interested in the job

I think #MUFC are in a lot more deeper doo doo from a playing point of view than most of think, just quietly

Don't believe everything you read in the English press. They write articles for clicks.

Had an easy draw though hasn't he since he took over?
Hardly the pertinent point though.

Chalk and cheese in play style. From bottom 3 in most metrics to much higher up.

Kane as an example is now averaging nearly 5 shots at goal per 90 under Conte. Something he last was able to achieve in the 17/18 season under Pochettino.

Unquestionable, if this man gets backed in the transfer market the sky is the limit. Good chance to get 4th-5th with a squad that’s rather meh. Give a top 5 manager a good squad and results will come.

You already have a top 6ish squad..possibly higher. Based on todays game against a somewhat depleted opponent he’d be worried. Not one shot in first half.

He’s had a last minute winner against Watford, draw against a 10 man Saints, beaten Leeds good wins against Palace and Norwich . Draw against Pool. Not sure exactly overachieving.

Sounds like he knows how much work is in front of him.

A depleted opponent that is still better than we are because their owner writes large blank cheques to give his managers what they need.
We don't. We're on a sustainable growth model.

We didn't really have a squad like that, last campaign finished 7th below shite like the Hammers.

Liverpool. Been much better than us for 3-4 years. Should have had the game buried, outplayed them but finished poorly.
Watford. 2 pens not picked up by VAR. Arguably 1 their way also. So last minute winner doesn't tell the tale of that match.
Soton. Incorrect VAR offside call and incorrect ref goalkeeper foul call prevent victory.

Sounds like he knows how much work is in front of him.

He's right with everything he's said about the squad to date.
He's that good at management he has literally every fan on the same page. Daniel, Joe, Fabio and Steve simply must back this man and give him what he wants.

Hes the best manager they have had since the 80s. Was never turning down a job on Merseyside. He lives there permanently and his family love it.

Just unlucky for him that previous management had blown their stash on absolute sh*te and that he was stuck with tight arse owners yet again.
Genuinely the worst manager in the Premier League this season. The owners should be made to redo their fit and proper test too. Blind Freddy could see this was a terrible fit and that Agent Rafa was cooked.
