Same. History can be interesting ie. WWII.

Geography cannot be interesting cause its graphs and rainfall and tundras and geographical features I really dont give a fook about.
I always think Geography is going to be "name the capital city of X" or "which country borders x" and it never was at school.

That sort of stuff i love, identifying the delta of some backwater river at the ass end of the world was s**t.

The thing was I was studying sports and musical history in my spare time while avoiding traditional history at school, so I guess I do like history after all.

Tbh i guess you could apply that to lots of school subjects.

PE- zaps the fun with theory
English- zaps the fun out of texts with over analysis

Etc..
I always enjoyed the theory aspect of PE. The human body and how it works is fascinating also think its helped my healthyish lifestyle.

I also had an amazing English teacher for VCE who got the balance of enjoyment and analysis spot on helped me do really well in the subject too. I did watch mates suffer through it.

I still remember this, I took Media in Year 10 (Sem 1 was TV, Sem 2 was Film- i ******* loved it) anyway- teacher pressed play on movie (i wish i could recall which one it was), we had watched the opening credits and maybe 5 mins of the movie, when he paused it and literally talked for about 30 mins.

I ******* hate teachers who did/do that. :madv1:

I really like maths.

Theres rules, follow them, work out equations going down the page all nice and neat.

Better than writing a bloody essay imo

I always found maths easy for those same reasons.

Was great at doing speech's in English but hated writing essays, and my handwriting always sucked

Unless your going to go full Sheldon

Maths should be able to be done in the head, on a scrap of paper or with a calculator or its useless in ever day life

Maths in fine until you get letters in there.

Letters are for language, numbers are for maths, the two have no need to overlap.
My ex showed me his engineering maths one time (in pen too told him off for that all i got was "i dont make mistakes with maths). Gave me a headache from just looking at it

Further, Methods, English, Psychology and Business studies
Yeah no way i was going to attempt methods. (Can someone explain the difference btwn that and specialist btw?). Would have loved to have done psych- that would have been my next choice.. or HHD
