Operation Chaos and the Manson murders hoax
The Mamas & The Papas were a bit before my time, I was a little tyke when their stuff was on the air. What I do remember of that time was the saturation play that their songs got. 'California Dreamin' and 'Monday Monday' were not exactly the most upbeat, happy songs. Yet there they were on the radio quite a bit, over and over again. Purported radio hits. Creating a general mood of gloom about city life in suburban, northern America. California beckoned everyone as a sanctuary away from it all.
The lyrics to the song California Dreaming told everyone listening that they were miserable and cold in the north, , and that they would be safe and warm in LA.
The song San Francisco (AKA 'If you're going to San Francisco, be sure to wear a flower in your hair etc.) by Mamas and the Papas close associate Scott McKenzie and written by John Phillips), added to the same California mystique. Odd that Mamas and Papas founder John Philips graduated from the same high school class as Scott Mckenzie , six miles from the Pentagon, Classof 1953, George Washington High School, and his accompanying vocalist in the Mamas and The Papas, Cass Elliott, graduated same George Washington High School.
Same six miles from the Pentagon in Alexandria, alongside none other than classmate Doors lead singer Jim Morrison, class of 1961.
And all four of them became huge figures of the California hippie music scene only a few years later.
Those California-themed songs, combined with all the Beach Boys fun n' sun stuff (plus Do You Know the Way to San Jose) always on the radio, it made it seem like all your troubles would be gone if you could just get to California. Even Sharon Tate added to it. She was a surfer girl in a movie called 'Don't Make Waves', playing the part of a girl named 'Malibu'. Mattel even put out a surfer Barbie doll called 'Malibu Barbie' which came with its own surfboard and dune buggy.
Sharon Tate played the role of beach girl 'Malibu' in the film 'Don't Make Waves'
Was actress Sharon Tate tasked with helping, along with the Beach Boys, to build an idea into the public consciousness: Which was that California was a paradise where no one had to work. a place where people just bummed around the beach all day, and had uninhibited indulgences in whatever sex or drugs they chose?
Purported hippie cult leader Charles Manson (of the murderous 'Manson Family') embodied the lifestyle of 'evil freedom'. Manson became to most Americans a market brand symbol for all the free-wheeling self indulgent bums, complete with dune buggies, free to bugger their minds with whatever drugs and bugger their communities with whatevertrouble they chose to get up to. (Manson's clan was said to have modified stolen cars into dune buggies in which they bombed around the desert and beach fronts, when it turned out that in reality they had used existing dune buggies which the Spahn Ranch movie ranch used for tourist rentals and movie shoots at the ranch )
Post -Manson, freedom and independence were debased, even evil. Conformity and compliance were good. If you were good, and followed the lead, you could achieve anything. You could reach for the stars and fly to the moon (NASA) and back again.
If you were free, you were surely going to lose your way, spread your wings, and end in disaster.
Like Rolling Stones founder Brian Jones had. Like Charles Manson had. Like Jimi Hendrix had. Like Jim Morrison had. Like Janis Joplin had. All of them young, free, and purportedly dead as a result of it.
Even like the murdered Sharon Tate and Abigail Folger. Both Manson victims, purportedly. Both who were in some measure indirectly blamed for what purportedly befell them, with all the allegations of far leftist leanings, and of wild sex and occult gatherings having taken place at 10050 Cielo Drive prior to their deaths.
Was it all a huge exercise in psychological warfare? Fake Manson murders? The fake Zodiac killings, the fake rocker deaths, the fake stabbing at Altamont...?
This 'freedom is evil' theme later used to indict anyone who espoused basic civil liberties. Like freedom of movement, freedom from mandatory military service, the right to privacy, and freedom of speech.
People were beasts who went wild unless closely watched and tightly governed, surely.
( re: the Hells Angels stabbing at the Rolling Stones show at Altamont rock festival. How convenient that someone had a camera running and trained on the perfect spot in a stadium overspill crowd of 250,000 - 500,000 people, able to capture right on film the dramatic footage of the purported stabbing) Ten seconds of footage in a seven hour concert, and the camera crew just happened to have a film camera rolling on that relatively tiny, exact spot for that tiny amount of time.....hmm.
And the people who filmed the purported stabbing (footage worth millions) turned out to be the same documentary crew which had accidentally captured 'spontaneous' Beatlemania footage on the Beatles first American tour (footage worth millions) ,and later 'accidentally' ran into Paul McCartney stranded at JFK airport in 2001 in NY and ended up accidentally collecting footage of how Sir Paul had heroically walked about Manhattan that day calming everyone with his presence, on September 11th, and spontaneously arranged a charity benefit concert for the dead and for the dead rescue workers just days later in NY.
Wow, those Maysles Bothers guys were lucky. They got three documentaries out of it:
1. Their famous 1964 Beatlemania documentary ('Beatles in America') with the Beatles mobbed by teens at JFK airport.
2. The 1970 'Gimme Shelter' Rolling Stones stabbing documentary motion picture release.
3. The 'not as well known' 2001 9/11 World Trade Center attack documentary about Paul McCartney titled 'The Love We Make', featuring
Paul McCartney right in NY the day the WTC was hit by Bin Laden.
Three documentaries. All just for being there when surprising odd things happened to rock stars.
Look up the Maysles brothers for the scoop on how these guys always seemed to be in exactly the right place at the right time to capture events which could not have possibly been pre-planned, fake and staged...surely?
Note the above : Directed by David Maysles , note below captioned 'the legendary film by the Maysles Bros':
Maysles brothers documentary covering the first arrival of "Beatlemania" in the U.S.
Yet more 'coincidence drama' from same famed Maysles Brothers team:
Wow, Paul McCartney was right in Manhattan at the World Trade Center
on the day of the attack (9/11), and not only that , he had his documentary film friends with
him ready to film it all . All by just a fluke! Purportedly.
There's those Maysles Brothers again!
And Sir McCartney and Sir Mick Jagger both got knighted years later by the elite of London.
Is it not looking like Beatlemania, the stabbing at Altamont, and the 'attack' on the Word Trade Center were
all possibly planned in advance, all fake, and all staged and captured on film by the same team?
Anyway , back to Manson :
So in the mid-to-late 1960s every parent is concerned about their kids getting lost out there in 'wild and out-of-control' America.
Drugs, violence, promiscuity, and satanism on the rise seemingly everywhere.
And in 1971, parents were still debating whether to allow their sons to be drafted into the Vietnam War. Many of them fighting furiously to keep their sons safely at home.
And while this was happening their sons were being encouraged by marketing hype to buy records containing lyrics like this:
Mansonesque lyrics to The Doors song 'The End'. Manson told the kids who followed him to kill.
Designed to outrage parents who had recently heard of Beatlemania and the mania of 'charismatic' Charles Manson's
purported 'power to control people'? hmmm . Manson controls kids under him , and has them kill people.
Almost as bad as Uncle Sam having the power to draft and control their sons and
make them murder and be murdered etc.? Manson sort of took the attention off of what Uncle Sam
and the draft board were up to. Manson indicted everyone else who was purportedly like him: Namely,
free people.
Same parents hear said 'I want to * mom and kill Dad' song on radio. Discretely check son's growing record collection.
Sure enough , there it is! The Doors song 'The End', right there, tucked into their son's stack of records.
Same parents horrified to find son under influence of evil Jim Morrison. Surely another Manson in the making...etc.
Were Jim Morrison, Sharon Tate, and Charles Manson all possibly government agents?
Sharon Tate's father Colonel Paul James Tate ACS/I (assistant chief of staff for intelligence) .
He was assistant chief of staff for intelligence at the Sixth Region Army Air Defense Command at The Presidio/Fort Baker (army intelligence means the spook division. it means psychological operations)
The professional NSA disinformation specialists have attacked this with their pat rebuttal of "so? It was during the war, big deal they were in the military , there were A LOT of people involved in the war effort."
What they conveniently ignore, and what should be mentioned here, is that Colonel Paul James Tate (Sharon Tate's father) and Rr. Admiral George S. Morrison (Jim Morrison's father) worked together at the same military base , the base which was at the center of the Vietnam War effort. Both of them worked together at the base which comprises The Presidio San Francisco/Fort Baker , and its attached Eastern wing: Alameda Island naval base.
The fact that Jim Morrison met Charles Manson through their mutual acquaintances Dennis Wilson (singer for The Beach Boys) and The Beach Boys record producer Terry Melcher, and that both Jim Morrison and Charles Manson hung out around Spahn Ranch playing around with guns and horses should also be included here.
Sharon Tate knew Jim Morrison, and both of their fathers worked together at the same San Francisco military base. Jim Morrison and Sharon Tate both knew Jay Sebring, another purported Manson victim. Sebring styled both Jim Morrison's and Sharon Tate's hair for them. And his hair salon was in the Eastern side of The Presidio's residence community.
So the fact that both Sharon Tate's and Jim Morrison's fathers were high ranking officers at the same base during the Vietnam War is important in understanding the basis of the Manson hoax. It was possibly a psychological operation.
In 1971, both the above cult leaders/gurus had met fates worse than being drafted into the Vietnam War. Jim Morrison was dead, and Charles Manson was in prison for murdering Sharon Tate. Riders on the Storm was all over the radio, and Charles Manson was all over the TV.
So the obvious Psychological Operations victory was:
War and comformity : moral and safe
Rebellion and freedom : immoral and dangerous
For parents, its an easy choice.
End result:
Junior is going to find himself in the cadets and in the army, and in the war
The Mamas and the Papas indeed.
Look at the people involved:
Sharon Tate is in a 1967 film which is basically about debauched California beach bums and their out of control sex lives. In real life Sharon Tate's father is Colonel Paul James Tate who works at The Presidio Fort Baker Naval base with the same Colonel Michael Aquino who ran the 7th Psychological Operations Group there.
Same Colonel Aquino who in 1966 hung out with Manson girl Susan Atkins at occult gatherings at the nearby home of Anton LaVey.
In 1967 The radio waves are still inundated with the beach party music of Dennis Wilson and The Beach Boys, which glorifies California weather, surfing, beaches, culture, and people. Dennis Wilson of The Beach Boys is living with debauched beach bum Charles Manson, Susan Atkins and a purported sex cult of girls and friends.
Dennis Wilson is on record as having boasted "Me and Charlie started The Family" (in other words Dennis Wilson and Charles Manson created the group of people purportedly controlled by Manson.
During the same years the hit song 'San Francisco', which beckons teens from all over the U.S. to go to California (San Francisco) to meet 'the gentle people there', is also saturating the air waves. It was written by Jon Phillips and sung by Scott McKenzie. Phillips and McKenzie were both from Alexandria, Virginia. Both attended school together there a 12 minute drive from The Pentagon, and both had parents working together in military intelligence at The Pentagon/Defense Intelligence Agency in Alexandria, Virginia. Scott McKenzie's mother was a personal aid to Secretary of Defense, General George C Marshall at The Pentagon. That is the top commander of the U.S. military at The Pentagon, and head of Defense Intelligence. The dept. which creates psychological operations. The following obit for Scott McKenzie confirms that Scott Mckenzie's mother was personal aide to General George Marshall:
https://web.archive.org/web/2017040.../music-obituaries/9488472/Scott-McKenzie.html
It also surprisingly reveals that Scott McKenzie was a close friend of The Beach Boys.
The Scott McKenzie wiki currently confirms that the mamas of Scott McKenzie and John Phillips both knew each other. All indications are that
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_McKenzie
Scott's mom probably knew John's mom from their work together for The Pentagon. John Philips' father had been a marines officer,
and Philps himself briefly attended West Point Military Academy before being sent for duty as rock star in Californian alongside friend Scott.
In 1967 ,Jon Philips thinks everyone should go to San Francisco with 'flowers in their hair' because "you will meet gentle people there". Manson girl Susan Atkins is from San Francisco, btw, and Sharon Tate's father is stationed there at Fort Baker/Presidio San Francisco
In 1967 John Phillips and Cass Elliott are pumping out other hit songs. Mostly about how depressing and cold life is (Monday Monday, how could you leave and not take me?) anywhere other than warm California , in particular the song 'California Dreamin', which is a song about how grey and cold it is and if you go to California you'll be "safe and warm". Cass Elliott too is from Alexandria , Virginia, and she too graduated from the same high school 12 minutes from the Pentagon which John Phillips and SCott McKenzie had . George Washington High School.
1967 Dennis Wilson of The Beach Boys is partying with singer Jim Morrison of the Doors. Jim Morrison's father is Rear Admiral George Morrison, who works at The Presidio San Francisco/Fort Baker Naval base with Colonel Paul James Tate and psychological warfare specialist Colonel Michael Aquino.
Jim Morrison just happens to be from Alexandria Virginia too, and graduated the same year as Cass Elliott (1961) from the same school just 12 minutes drive from The Pentagon. Jim Morrison's father Admiral George Morrison worked with Scott McKenzie's mother and John Phillip's father at The Pentagon/Defense Intelligence Agency in Alexandria , Virginia.
Dennis Wilson is on record admitting that he and Jim Morrison drove Charles Manson to a meeting with Dennis's record producer Terry Melcher.
The Beach Boy's Mike Love is the third from the left in this 1968 photo:
From left to right: Pattie Harrison, John Lennon, Mike Love, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, George Harrison, Mia Farrow, Donovan, Paul McCartney, Jane Asher, and Cynthia Lennon in Rishikesh, India, 1968.
The Beatles song 'Helter Skelter' purportedly became the theme song for Manson's clan as they planned their murderous
rampage. They referenced their planned mayhem as their plan for 'Helter Skelter'. A chaotic future war they planned to
start.
But....
How's this for 'not a coincidence'?:
While Dennis Wilson of The Beach Boys was living with Manson and his entourage in Los Angeles in 1968, Wilson's own band mate, Mike Love of The Beach Boys was living with The Beatles at a transcendental meditation compound in India.
Mike Love then helped The Beatles to create the Beach Boys style song 'Back in the USSR'. A song which was The Beatle's homage to The Beach Boys song 'Surfin U.S.A.'
The Beach Boys Dennis Wilson with Charles Manson 1968
Bordering on ridiculous, is the 'coincidence' that on the same Beatles album , which Mike Love contributed to , appeared the song 'Helter Skelter'. Which would soon become the very theme song of the Manson Family , or , better , the Manson Family psy-op. (psychological operations hoax, including the fake murder of Sharon Tate)
Add to this steaming pile of unlikely coincidences the fact that A-list actress Sharon Tate was purportedly murdered while in residence at 10050 Cielo Drive, the former home of Terry Melcher, The Beach Boys record producer.
Almost like the Manson story had been planned for getting media attention, and needed it , with so many high-profile 'tags' built into it. Did it help that the Manson yarn included:
- a gruesomely murdered A-list Hollywood actress (Sharon Tate)
- a movie producer (her husband) who had a hit movie currently playing in theaters (about a murderous sex cult , no less
- The Beatles
- a prominent made-to-order theme song , the radio hit Helter Skelter
- a purportedl murdered heiress to the billion dollar Folger Coffee family: Abigail Folger
All to get the attention of the publicists and their public? In other words, a 'news story' tailored to garner maximum news-and-media coverage. Every day a new twist on the story appearing in the news, a new facet to it. Always with a recognizable name, face, etc.
And lets not forget to notice that documentarian Robert Hendrickson mysteriously/purportedly had the prescience to start filming the Manson Family for a documentary, in person, months before the Manson people even did anything. Yes, there he was, Robert Hendrickson, with an entire film budget and equipment , using expensive 8mm camera film to film Manson and his followers at both Spahn ranch and at Barker Ranch. Why? Did he know , somehow, that these obscure, violent weirdos would be destined for fame a few weeks later? Remember that Spahn and Barker ranch at the time were nothing but the secret, abandoned-shack hideaways of a cult of grotty dumpster-divers in the middle of nowhere, under the sadistic command of a psychotic gun-waving, rapist lunatic...
Yet there , with them, interviewing these nobodies, for no particular reason, was documentarian Robert Hendrickson. Is that plausible? Robert Hendrickson is somehow there filming. Robert Hendrickson, who was lucky enough to get enough 'before and after' footage to put the 1972 documentary 'Manson' in movie theaters. Featuring the cult-member psychos making nefarious plans and dire predictions before anything even happened. More coincidence pr0n?
watch the laughable trailer for it here:
MANSON documentary trailer [1973 - Robert Hendrickson]
Two years beforehand, In 1967 The Monterey Pop Festival takes place near San Francisco/San Jose, organized largely by Terry Melcher, Dennis Wilson, and Cass Elliott. The Monterey Pop Festival is staged on the exercise/fair grounds of the The Presidio Montery/ Fort Ord Naval base in Monterey.
The Monterey Pop Festival includes the mass-distribution of incredible amounts of LSD , marijuana and other drugs.
The distribution of these drugs is later traced to CIA-connected organizations like The Merry Pranksters, the Hells Angels,
and sundry other figures like Tim Leary and Ken Kesey with connections to the Esalen Institute and Stanford University.
The 1967 Monterey Pop Festival & San FRancisco's 1967 Summer of Love 'Love in' coalesce, to cement California's image as a place of wanton indulgence in sex and drugs and intentionally marketed to teens and youths. Thereby 'peace and love' (aka anti war, anti draft) are made synonymous with 'sex and drugs'. Not just drugs, but mind-destroying drugs.
Was the whole thing an exercise in psychological warfare created by the U.S military?
Designed to disgust America and to frighten America with the damage inflicted
by 'too much freedom' and 'too much rebellion'.
The extremely young of America targeted for involvement and destruction, so that Americans would
recoil in fear and outrage, and associate ALL libertarian activism (especially political activism against
the war and against the draft) with 'youthful naivety and foolish idealism'?
The Manson hoax and faked rocker deaths of 1969 were the coup- de -grace for
sixties ideals of peace and love. To 'sex and drugs' were added 'violence and death'.
interesting fact
the song 'San Francisco' , written by John Phillips, was actually used in
a television advertisement for the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival.
See these two images ( SAME AREA CIRCLED in RED in both images). Clearly reveals that the Monterey Pop Festival was staged on
the Presidio Monterey/Fort Ord Exercise Grounds/Fair Grounds
The land highlighted in pink is Fort Ord land. The Monterey Fair Grounds (pink) were
administered by Fort Ord. In other words, the 'degenerate hippie festival'
aka The Monterey Pop Festival . took place only at the permission of Fort Ord.
In 1967 the tiny city of Monterey was nothing but the support community for the Presidio Monterey/Fort Ord military and naval base.
Monterey was nothing but a military base, a primary base for operations in Vietnam.
So someone please explain why the gigantic pro-peace, 'mass war protest concert' known as The Monterey Pop Festival
took place on a military base?
Put two and two together here. The Monterey Pop Festival was hosted by Fort Ord, at the behest of military intelligence. The Monterey Pop Festival was a psychological operations black project. As was the Altamont Free Concert, Woodstock , and dozens of other carefully planned festivals of the kind.
Note too the phraseology which psy-op songs like 'San Francisco' and 'California Dreaming' used in marketing the trek to Monterey, with probable special attention paid to luring young females.
"I'd be safe and warm, if I was in L.A. ....... California dreamin, on such a winters day"
"If you're going to San Francisco, you're gonna meet some gentle people there"
"I have lots of friends in San Jose"
“I wish they all could be California girls.”
So basically the marketing pitch was:
"Come on all you bored, disenchanted sixteen to eighteen year old girls and boys. Don't be scared to hit the road for the first time and venture out alone or in pairs. Come to California. It is safe. The people are going to be gentle. It's warm. It's a love-in."
Meanwhile the Hells Angels and Defense Intel and the Merry Pranksters and The Brotherhood of Eternal Love and The Esalen Institute and The Hog Farm and Stanford University and innumerable other shadow groups were brewing up batches of 'bad trip' acid to hand out and spike the punch at the Monterey Pop Festival, the Altamont Free Concert festival, Woodstock and dozens of other gigantic venues.
The 'wild and free' Summer of Love would do much to discredit the most ardent proponents of 'peace and love ' and of ending the forced Vietnam War draft.
Via LSD freakouts and permanent psychological damage. Via STD's, pregnancies, drug-addiction, prostitution and the other ensuing chaos. In the late 1960s, people's children were being lured away , and then returning home in the millions, forever changed by their experiences. Many of them returning to mother as a distant, paranoid , psychotic, depressed, lethargic, and bitter new person. In contrast , military service and a tour in Vietnam seemed nearly preferable. Mission accomplished, Operation Chaos.
