Have already devoted quite a bit of time this week to The Masters website, which is so good. The video about the practice range is worth watching.

Hard to go past Scheffler, with his iron play which is as good as it gets. He will almost certainly be in contention. Rory will be the annual talk again. Will it be his year? Aberg did well last year so must be a show.
Be great to see Min Woo lee perform well, reckon he has the game for Augusta length wise, it's just his Putting and chipping around Augusta that needs to stand up.
Like to See Niemann do well and any of the LIV players for that matter. They generally have done ok at Augusta.

Out of the pack I think Bhatia could go well and Will Zalatoris.

My Pick is Scheffler, his Iron play is to good.

Still haven't committed to my final picks. Rory the form player right now. Scotty and Morikawa not far behind. Any of them could win. Still thinking about another 15 or so.

Rory winning would be the fairy tale. Despite popular thought that there are 6 guys who have a career grand slam - Jones, Nicklaus, Tiger, Hogan, Player and Sarazen - I remove Hogan and Sarazen from that list because the Masters wasn't a major when they won it. And even Jones because his was a completely different achievement.

So Rory is bidding to join 3 guys.

I hope Morikawa doesn't win. Mainly because he puts stupid slippers on a little dog.

I am sure it will happen one day as he is to good a player not to win it. But anyone but Rory winning makes me happy.

I'm not particularly sure. G Norman taught me the sadness of thinking someone would surely win it one day. Realistically, Rory has 5 or so chances left. That isn't a great bet.

I still don't get the Rory hate. He is one of the few golfers who actually give decent answers to questions and he is an outstanding talent who has been so good for so long. Because he said things about LIV that so many other PGAT golfers were too scared to say makes him some sort of scapegoat.

Not so much hate as I love watching him play golf. Had no issue when he stood up for what he believed and backed the tour, but he changed his mind when talk of the tour and PIF getting together happened. And ever since he changes his mind pretty much weekly pending where the wind is blowing on the proposed deal. Either way he stood up and said he could never ever play for the Saudi's yet now he is not only prepared to do so if the deal happens but realistically he is playing for Saudi money weekly as the Saudi's are involved with so many businesses it's not funny. Reckon he is a Hypocrite.
Agree the tour used him I reckon, let him take the bullets but even after that happened he still backs Jay in.
Anyway like you said he is an incredible talent and he has been and still is a great player. Just not my favourite player anymore.

I am on a bunch outside of Rory and Scottie. No fun taking odds under $10 for a goal tournament.

Colin, Shane, Neiman, Fleetwood, Henley and Garcia.

Few speculatives too.

Hopefully got a chunk near the top and can back into them somemore.

That’s a decent set of guys in these featured groups

Sideswipe, who is your tip for the green jacket in my favourite golf tournament on the planet, and other guys you might have a nibble on? So many scenario's waiting to happen, will it be a first time major champion or will it be someone that has already won a major? :flagstick:
