I also do not understand how playing at Alberton is considered some huge injustice and massive advantage.
Playing away didn't seem to stop us beating the Crows in Clare or pumping the Eagles at Woodville.:)

Other clubs have a home ground, we are no different.

Oohhhh wait, the crows don't have one.

Let's all laugh at the test tube club.

That this is being brought up as an issue probably tells us where the real rumblings of discontent are coming from.

so what "advantages" did Port get over the crows apart from playing our home games at home (you know, because unlike the Crows we have a home)?

Heres our "non-afl" listed players and SANFL games before this season
Anthony Biemans - 0 SANFL games
Angus Bruggeman - 0 SANFL games
Danny Butcher - 10 SANFL games
Sam Gordon - 0 SANFL games
Ben Haren - 0 SANFL games
Zac Hawkins - 0 SANFL games
Jake Johansen - 15 SANFL games
Nathan Krakouer - 3 SANFL games (a few shit AFL ones too)
Aseri Raikiwasa - 33 SANFL games (0 this season)
Ben Sawford - 0 SANFL games
Louis Sharrad - 0 SANFL games
Henry Slattery - 8 SANFL games (ex AFL)
Steve Summerton - 137 SANFL games (nominated captain)
Matt Venter - 0 SANFL games
Robbie Young - 4 SANFL games

So our main contributors this season from this bunch are Biemans, Bruggeman, Haren and Summo who have played all 7 games. Take our our nominated captain and those 3 have never played SANFL before, with Slattery and Robbie Young playing 5 games...

So really only Summerton and Slattery are the only experienced guys we have, and they have Callinan

The plain and simple part is our AFL listed players are performing really well at the moment and we have minimal injuries. Our 'top ups' are mostly inexperienced kids with quite a few SANFL (or equivalent) novices. Once we inevitably cop some injuries and our depth is tested, we will have to play more "top ups" and things wont be quite so easy.
Dont forget Port beat Adelaide comfortably even though the crows had 3 more AFL listed players playing that day

This so called "advantage" is bullshit concocted up because we are playing well and winning games, and they hate Port.. nothing more nothing less

Join the club. What I don't like is that the post just says "deleted" so you can't see what you were banned for.
Makes three of us.
One of the wanker flog mods over there banned me and I was barely even trolling. I gave as good as I got. None of them got infractions/points though lol.

I got 1 point for saying I'll basically back off because I've obviously upset people.
Three points for daring to engage in a discussion on membership targets.
And then 5 points because I made him angry I guess.

9 points for basically posting on their board and not agreeing with their ignorant stupidity. I'm sure some creative accounting and clerical errors came into play somewhere for the wanker. And that was all in one day.
20 points you get banned permanently apparently. Imagine if our mods here were sensitive little girls like their mods, they'd seek court injunctions to stop their bans. Because life just isn't fair waaah waaah.

Biggest bunch of soft **** sooks, them camry chicken franchise supporters.

If, for whatever reason, the Crowserves model resulted in them dominating the league and us struggling - and Port people began to make similarly sooky noises - we'd be told to go away and suck it up as we signed the deal.

They've spent so much time and effort convincing themselves they are the light and we are evil - beginning with their 1990 creation story - that any scenario that sees us forging ahead and them struggling in any roughly comparable arena is an existential paradox that must be corrected with all the fervour of Westboro.

Their baseless entitlement is impervious to reason.

Let them play home games on Max Basheer 'reserve' at footy park. Their fans can then spend some time at their club facilities anyway. As long as we have home games against their reserves at Alberton in return.

"It's not fair because Port was there first so they have an advantage."

It's our entry to the AFL all over again except it's Adelaide to the $ANFL. Adelaide won two premierships in our first two years in the AFL competition and we just sucked it up. **** em.

Rowey currently lecturing the listener on racism. Pretty interesting coming from someone who referred to Lumumba as "Looba Lips" recently.
God it is a sad indictement on the town of Pissantville, that Crowe can present a sports show for 4 hours Monday to Friday, continually say stupid and idiotic things and NOT GET THE BLOODY SACK. Only in Adelaide.

Overheard 5AA at my old man's place just long enough to hear Stupid admit he booed Shulz off when he injured his eye. All class!
How the hell does he still have a job. If a Port commentator (eg: Rucci) did this to eg: Dangerfield you'd never hear the ruddy end of it and AA would tear what ever contract he has.

Is there anywhere where we can complain about this clown, eg at an AFL level, cause it's obvious AA won't do a bloody thing about him.

Not really. Commercial radio the world over is dominated by such idiots.
