It is certainly compelling reading.

Strange breed footy fans. We have posters on here complaining that not selecting Tabs and playing 3 tall forwards will cost us the game and then you go over to the Richmond board and they have posters complaining that going with the three talls cost them the game . Go figure..
Who would you rather have though as the 3 talls though?
Pav, Tabs and A. Pearce OR Reiwoldt, Vickery and Griffiths?
they drafted griffiths the pick before fyfe. always makes me chuckle when i see his nameWho would you rather have though as the 3 talls though?

I perused their board, as you have to in light of a loss like that, and I was interested in the parallels between their criticisms of Hardwick and ours of Ross. Many believe that Hardwick has seriously stifled the flair and attacking intent in favour of a more disciplined and rigid ethos and the demise of Trent Cotchin from damaging, line-breaking midfielder to ineffective chipscab best typifies it. When I think of Richmond I can't help but think of their game against us last year and their wins against Hawthorn in recent years where they've shown themselves capable of scintillating offensive footy but many Richmond fans think of their side as rudderless, dour and limp-wristed. As funny as their melts are I couldn't help but empathize a little with them.
Mundy is a terrible captain. Turnover turnover turnover. The captaincy is not sitting well with him. You can see the opposition pointing out all his mistakes. And he cringes. He doesn't have the "get better in adversity mindset".
Time to start the rebuild. Let us work out who on our list has good skills, and who doesn't then hopefully
Trade out the non A graders who are 27+ and look to get a few more draft picks.
Mzungu, Barlow, Suban, C Pearce, de Boer, Mayne all should shopped around and we should try to get games into Weller, A pearce, Langdon, etc.
Non A-graders over 27 don't have any trade value.
Barlow might get a late 2nd around pick, the rest you'd be lucky to get rid of for free.
Also top 4 and CplI thought I was escaping the "play the same shit players with the same game plan" that Arsene Wenger has with Arsenal but no.... At least Arsenal can win a game!

Mundy has hit the ******* wall and he is the ******* captain. If it wasn't for that fact, I'd be calling for him to be dropped if he keeps this ******* form up.
