We can't even win the ball anymore.

Tell me why the **** we pissed Michael Barlow off and kept hacks like Suban and Sutcliffe, who are playing in the centre square and couldn't win a single contested ball to save their lives. Madness.

Why do we instruct our players to all go for the ball leaving no one on the outside and every single bloody time the ball always comes out to the opposition, who then waltz it into their forward 50??

Actually thought this during the 2nd quarter.. Really needed a ball magnet/contested ball getter and BARLOW came to mind. Why did we get rid of him again? Suban was nothing today. Didn't win his ball, didn't do much with it. Dumb dumb decision tbh, that and De Boer. Both can get in hard, win the ball and run all day. But the coaches choose to back Suban and Suttclife. Yep, no more. They're the foot soliders we've missed this season - Lyon's favourites. But hey, his favourite favourite are Suban and Sutty.

Letting Barlow go was and always will be the correct decision, not even the slightest doubt about that.

I'm at the point where rebuild or not, it's time for a few people who have seemingly got incredibly comfortable to be shaken up dramatically or forced out of this club.

We criticise Lyon for the game plan (rightly so) and we criticise Bond for screwing up (again, justified) but there is one person that has escaped criticism seemingly.

Steve Rosich!

Rosich is the CEO FFS and is the one that is partly responsible for the mess that we are currently in and yet, he seems to escape any criticism and why is that exactly?

Rosich helped go out and recruit Lyon following the sacking of Harvey under the pretense that Lyon would get us a flag. Lyon hasn't delivered and the style of football we're playing is getting incredibly diabolical. It was a ballsy move at the time and one that I wasn't 100% convinced about. Eventually I swallowed my pride and admitted I went too hard, too early but the problem is that what I said back in those ****ing days of 2011 are turning out to be spot on.

It actually shits me that I might end up right on this in the end and this is something I desperately wanted to be wrong on.

I think it's time to gut all the people in positions of power.

Bond - Your 2016 trading doesn't save you
Lloyd - On notice
Lyon - Thanks for the memories but goodbye
Rodger Hayden - Can definitely stay
Other Assistant Coaches - **** off
Fitness and Medical Staff - **** off

Clean slate time I think.

Appoint a CEO and then a coach...give the coach remit to select his own staff and give him 5 years on a lot less than what Lyon is on.

If you want to rebuild.....instead of this low scoring bullshit, let's bring in a coach who can get the balance between defense and attack spot on. Lyon at times has shown in the odd game that he can.....now it's just tragic.

I almost hope we forfeit next week against Essendon so I don't have to sit through whatever new disaster heads our way .

I love my team but I cannot stand the state that we are in at the moment...rebuild or not, when the effort completely disappears, something has to be done. When we have a coach that is incapable of a Plan B....something has to be done. When we have people who are taking up a spot in the comfort zone, make them accountable or **** them off.

The pressure is on President Alcock here to do what is right for the club.

I've never been a critic of Bond's and to some extent I'm still not, but I do now think we need someone knew in his role. He's done a good job but we need someone that'll do a great job and shake our comfy footy dept up. Make the hard calls on the S and C dept and the medical dept. Go out and get some decent assistants.
