Something tells me this appointment is as much about the club culture as it is about an actual coaching acquisition. If anyone follows the NBA you might know of Juwan Howard at the Miami Heat. He barely got any game time over the last three years but was always there to fire up the players and keep a good club culture. He has now been given a coaching role at the Heat.
