So when Levi is good to go I'm certain he is in our 22. But, when he is, we will have Adams, Crisp and Levi all playing inside mid roles. That's absolutely 1 too many considering all of their disposal is only ok at best. Adams' is downright bad. Can we have 3 inside mids with average disposal all in our centre square? Does Crisp move to half back or forward?

It doesn't look good having only pendles and sidebottom as elite users, lets all cut the sh*t, Swannys disposal is appalling too.

The way my love for hard nut Adams is at the moment, he can play anywhere and seems to hate being beaten. Best 22 already.

so does that mean crisp gets moved to like a flank or something? its a shame cos all 3 are absolutely best 22 in the guts but we cant group together so many inside mids

Sadly, the ones that may miss are Kennedy or Broomhead. Wouldn't want to be a selector and also hope we don't lose anyone at end of year.
But a great position to be in as a supporter.

We can fit adams, greenwoof and crisp in the one midfield easily, especially given Crisp is quick and can kick. Adams like Marely knows his limitations now.
There was a time during the game when we had two players in the forward pocket and the commentators said adams should have kicked it there... He didn't and he shouldn't have because it was a risky kick and he hadn't got off his mark, instead he found a target a bit further out. to me that shows he knows his limitations.
I'm actually more worried about seedsman than adams, how many times does he kick the ball so low tbe player infront almost catches it

Adams and Crisps disposal have been good this season. Can't say anything about Greenwood considering he hasn't played this season.

The only problem is that I don't know how Greenwood or Adams are up forward or down back.

Adams has played back flank before but was prettt average. Crisp could probably play forward.

Crisp disposal has been fine this year. I don't see why we couldn't use them all. This is why the prospect of Pendlebury/Swan playing minutes up forward makes it a viable option. Greenwood although I wouldn't recognize as a viable forward option kicked 16.18 last year which is an incredible amount of score board impact for a midfielder. Pendlebury for example last year hit 13.10 last year from one less game. Which is still a pretty good return.

Crisp I could see playing on a Wing and Being 190cm could play Back or Forward.

Think Greenwood has bit better Versatility then Adams at the Moment

crisp cant play forward... just look at the way he kicked those two goals last week. And besides, havent you seen that tat on the inside of his forearm... it says that he can't play forward
I thought it read 'sucked in brisbane, I'm the GOAT'

his disposal is 59% this year which is pretty much the bottom rung of efficiency

Yeah... Atm we have as our main core of midfielders:
Pendles
Swan
Crisp
Sidebottom
Adams

Plus:
DeGoey
Kennedy
Varcoe
Seedsman
Broomhead
(Although this bunch are more your flankers that rotate through the midfield).

For me, Seedsman, Kennedy and DeGoey are the ones I'd be looking to rest for Greenwood + others.

Crisp is tough as nails, but also has outside run so I'd put him on the wing, with Sidebottom on the other. Greenwood in the centre, with Pendles and Adams following. Swan will rotate off the forward flank.

The team is really starting to take shape, but I can't wait to get Reid in there too, plus Scharenberg - and no doubt Blair will be named for the Freo game.

So over the next few games, I'd like to see Greenwood, Reid, Blair, Grundy and possibly Scharenberg coming in for Seedsman, Kennedy, DeGoey, Witts and maybe Goldsack unless his form improves.

Would be awesome against the Hawks:

FB: Toovey Brown Reid
HB: Williams Frost Langdon
R: Grundy Adams Pendles
M: Rusty Greenwood Crisp
HF: Varcoe Cloke Elliott
FF: Fasolo White Blair

B: Swan Oxley Broomhead
S: Scharenberg

How do we know Greenwood's in our best 22 again?

Greenwood has to work his way into the 22 and someone has to give up their spot. I like Crisp out on a wing, has great size, pace and stamina for the role, Greenwood is really only an 'in the guts' type smashing the stoppages to me so, he has to usurp Adams in my view and that's a big challenge.

I think you can have Greenwood and Adams into the middle. Moving Crisp out on the wing would allow that, could also relinquish Crisp with his run with roles. Greenwood would take those over and Crisp could become more of an Issac Smith type for us.

pendles swanny sidey greenwood crisp varcoe adams Oxley a good mix of pace size inside/outside youth experience.
Throw in broomhead seed bk degoey ad you have a good mix to cover for injuries to first eight.
leaves Witts White Cloke kpf with Reid as back up
Elliot Fasolo Blair sf
Reid Brown Frost kpb with Goldy as back up and potentially the sub given his versatility
Langdon Williams Toovey sb
Grundy as ruck.
That's pretty much our brest 22 and with luck might be on the park against Hawthorn
I would add hopefully we can get some games into Moore Shazza and Freeman to see how they handle afl speed later in year.
The Big Show a wild card in the mix.

and I think you may find Oxley's spot coming under pressure against the more physical teams and in finals football from the backups . Broomhead and the seed clubhouse leaders for mine
