Cats can't offer to pay for Nannies etc. Because it breaks AFL salary cap rules. The rules also state family can only be flown out a certain no of times a season. Every Melbourne club would have had to do the same.
He's now on a salary of 230k+. I would have thought they could afford the best care available.
Appears to me the wife wants Geelong to foot the bill for everything.
No other employer is expected to do what is being asked of Geelong. You want to be a professional footballer in a national comp. Be prepared ti maje sacrifices.
I have a young family and zero fanily support. My folks have been here once in 10 years. It's hard but it's the choice we have made.
