Considering most WAFL grounds can hold anywhere between 10k-20k they could still have had crowds of 5k-10k over the next 3 weeks with no afl footy to compete with here in WA.
But they stay at the July 18 start date and have to compete with a Collingwood vs Geelong clash on the Friday night and a Western Derby on the Sunday.
The WAFC & WAFL clubs have NFI and are still stuck in the 1960s with their backward thinking!
