I thought RE agent had to disclose major crime at a property when selling it. Will try and look it up.

On that note, an ex's Dad lives in a house that Chopper used to. We used to joke that we wouldn't go digging in the garden or under the porch.

That may only be NSW legislation? Pretty sure it came in after the Sef Gonzalez murders
