I didn't mind the 93 Minardi colours. This was the best pic I could find of it.

That chick would be in her mid 40s now!

Minardi is known as a minnow. But in 1993, they were alright. Looking up the results. Christian Fittipaldi had a 4th & 5th at SAF and Monaco. Fabrizio Barabazza had 6ths at Donnington and San Marino. Idk why they let him go for the second half of the season?

8th in the wcc, but it was a good 8th from memory.

Money and the romance of Martini back into the fold. They brought Albereto the next year and they had that pit incident in Imola on that horrid weekend.

They pretty much ran out of cash after that but made it through another decade.

You can get two likes for that comment.

**** man. He finished 6th twice. That pretty good for that team/car. If he'd did that in was was his first genuine crack at F1, he'd have been worth a season in the mid tier teams.

He won ROTY in IndyCar too, and the 500 pre F1 days.

Had a huge sports car crash and never raced again.

Now that I think about it. I think that Minardi is the last F1 car with a gear stick?

Forti Corse used one in 95.

    Attractive F1 cars for me:

    1990 Ferrari
    1993 McLaren
    1994 Williams
Lots of nice looking 97 cars that year
    99/2000 Prost
    2001 Jordan
    2002 Arrows

I'm actually a big fan of the current Toro Rosso. The halo is rubbish but its a nice paint scheme and the lines actually accentuate the curves of the modern car in a way that no one else has managed.

I'll concede my PS1 rally nostalgia was torn between the Subaru, Lancia and Castrol Celica.

Always thought this car was a little under rated, the Brabham BT52 which Nelson Piquet drove to the title in 1983.

Also, here is a diagram listed the evolution of the Brabham F1 cars.
A number of classics from an iconic F1 name.
