Fair few don’t get when that star destroyer slowly fills up the screen how much of a shock it was. When you’re used to ‘ships’ that look like card board and polystyrene SW was an utter revelation.

Watched the De-specialized exition of ANH last week. My wife had never seen it. She was gobsmacked.

Her exact quote, "This was made in the 70's? People's brains must have exploded!".

Am expecting IW to be more dramatic than D2, as it should be.
Think I’ll do IW first, just want to make sure I see it on the big screen.

Ended up watching Deadpool 2.
Brilliant. And is about 2x better than first movie. Seriously hilarious, the action is great and storyline is fantastic.

Stay till the end people, and I do mean the end. There’s a few scenes after you need to see.

Deadpool does Dr Who

Not usually into indie films, but saw Breath last night. It’s a coming-of-age meets 1970s Aussie surfing culture, but geez it got to me. Maybe because it was only a decade ago myself where I would be out hitting the surf being a larrikin. Would definitely recommend
