Police have arrested two 15yo teenagers for the murder of Brianna Ghey, a 16yo transgender and popular tiktokker. Investigations continue in to whether this was a hate crime.

Brianna was found on a pathway with serious knife injuries in Linear Park in Culcheth, Cheshire, on Saturday afternoon. Emergency services were called but the teenager died at the scene.

Described as beautiful, witty, hilarious and very much loved by her friends and family.

Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe murdered the 16-year-old in a park in Cheshire in February 2023.
Mrs Justice Yip said Jenkinson was motivated by a "deep desire to kill" while Ratcliffe's motivation was in part hostility to Brianna's transgender identity.

I watched that documentary, it was chilling to say the least.

The personalities and dynamic of the two killers Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe somewhat reminded me of Jill Roberts and Charlie Walker, the two teenage murderers in the 2011 crime/horror film 'Scream 4'.
