'The narrow road to the deep north' R. Flanagan

1/4 of the way through and enjoying it. Saw it highly recommended on the Jennifer Byrne Book Club and in many other places and is being thrown around as an Australian classic and the best book of the past 20 years.

Anyone else reading it?

It was a decent book. I'm a bit more partial to The Sound of One Hand Clapping though.
