This year they have

First round picks:

• Clippers’ unprotected pick
• Utah Jazz’s top-8 protected pick
• Houston Rockets’ top-4 protected
• Philadelphia 76ers’ top-4 protected pick (also top-4 protected in 2027 if it doesn’t convey)

I think they 100% trade to get Boozer with 2 of those picks then use the other 2 + crap salary in a trade for a who knows what they need they have it all . I could see a move for Nesmith. I could also see a move for say Donovan Clingan or Deni Avdija.

Boozer would be a great fit for them . They could even get Boozer without trading any of the other 3 picks if Clippers pick is a top 3

They won't trade for vets, they'll just use their picks to replace lost depth or trade up and down the order.

They drafted Sorber in June with an eye to Hartenstein's future, that's their plan. They like to hang on to their guys, and if they can't afford to hang on to them they like to replace them with young uns they can mould from Day One.

Why not make changes to get better? Nothing really preventing them and a guy like say Aaron Nesmith is a big upgrade on Isiah Joe for example

Has Kawhi destroyed any sense of legacy he could have had at the LA Clippers?

I dont really consider him much of anything right now. Not even in the top 50 players right now and single handidly destroyed a franchise moreso then any player in our lives.

Its a very understated part of the NBA in recent times.

Come on. If you want to blame someone, blame George. Went from a Top 3 MVP guy to a guy they gave away for nothing.

Either way they've been pretty relevant since he's been there and probably make the Finals if they have some luck with injury.

Anyway, some other "destroyed a franchise moreso" guys...
