I'm really worried that if Dmac gets injured we will be lacking too much experience. Why did we de-list Dougy? Can we get him back in the mid season draft?
Well, I guess he's signed a contract to play for Nowood in 2020. We can only hope and pray that his form is impeccable and that in his own mind he's convinced that he contribute at the top level for another 1 or 2 seasons, and nominate himself for the draft ..

Tex promoting telstra on his IG when sponsored by Optus?
Tons of the players do. Sloane. Tex and Gibbs all currently promoting some sort of dog GPS they were given by Telstra and all the players occasionally spruik the AFL Game Pass on IG which is done by Telstra too.

Doesn’t anyone question anything down there, it may be only a little thing but these little things are growing at a rapid rate
All the the club websites and AFL site were re-done by the AFL at the start of Decemver are still full of incorrect/broken links and old information that hasn't been updated yet.

How long ago were the drafts? Surely if we’re going to update the list, we’d do it right.

3 previous club’s guernsey
2 passport head shot
3 no picture at all

That data is all handled centrally by the AFL, we're waiting on their database to update same as everyone else.

As an example, check the Geelong site - 3 no picture draftees, 2 draft camp photos, and Jenkins and Stevens in their old club gear.

What happens is all the clubs take their new season headshot photos on club photo day, forward them all to the AFL, and some time between 6 weeks and 6 months later the database is finally updated.

That is still awful. No control over our own website is unacceptable. We’ve got our own media production department that we try and generate revenue from. We can’t organise to sit a few people on a chair and get a photo of them in our guernsey and demand the AFL update our site? We obviously send them stories and other info that we want updated from time to time. I guess we’re as bad as the AFL. Either way, I wouldn’t do any updating until it’s ready to be done 100% properly. It’s ridiculous that the clubs don’t demand the AFL get this right.

It surprises how little I care about the club anymore. It feels like it happened overnight but it’s been 20 years in the making. It could all change come round 1 but I no longer feel a connection with the club. When you despise the people runnning the club so badly it’s hard to feel you are still part of it.
