I came across this good little sci-fi mystery/thriller series called "Into the Night" made in Belgium I think but dubbed in English. It's about a natural disaster-related to the sun, and these people in a plane must keep flying into the nightside of the planet to survive. Check it out.

100% this - the biggest takeaway from this is a guy that is clearly the best, he knew it and was relentless in pursuit of extracting every drop of talent. The business world is full of people who believe they are talented that try to do the same but don't have the talent to back them up - this guy is the real deal and its interesting to watch. The recent episodes really showed that his talent, drive and success also hurt his own life by the lack of freedom to do anything outside of basketball (i.e. going from hotel to practice, back to hotel, hotel to game and back). Personally I love this given I was hugely into NBA from about 89 onwards and this is well in my wheelhouse.

so much this, i'm right in your wheelhouse with you, amazing to watch.

Hollywood

Series about Hollywood and actors etc after WW2 with some real names interspersed with the fictional

Shows some of the casting couch practices, the hidden Hollywood and mostly gay Hollywood.

Acting is ok , not brilliant but I dont think its meant to be.

I will continue with it

Oh and male female nudity for the pervs :D
Does it have anything about Nancy Reagan basically being a cum dumpster?

I don't see what the fuss about The Last Dance is, I watched one and a bit and that was enough.
It is a puff piece aimed at Jordon & basketball fans that isn't very interesting to someone like me who has little interest in that sport.

Its like someone who could not bring themselves to watch say a documentary on the aussie test team as they dislike cricket.

Finished this last night and was very impressed and it is a bit of a hidden gem.

Have to leave the original French dialogue though and just watch it with sub titles as English dubbing is just atrocious.

The Last dance....a lot of talk about how it made MJ look bad the way he treated his team mates. I really have not got that sense at all to be honest. There was a difference in opinions between him and Horace Grant on who spilled the beans for that book, but not much else.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, he doesn't come off as a particularly likeable guy (pretty much every teammate talks about how he treated them harshly to various degrees and his competitiveness lead to a bunch of petty behaviour), but this whole thing is in no way going to tarnish his legacy.

If you are after something a little different. A British series called the Detectorists is about a group of quirky characters who's hobby is looking for Saxon hoards using metal detectors. Amusing at times, well written and very easy to watch. A show that your mums and dads would love. Short episodes...had me coming back for more. Kind of cringe worthy but good at the same time if that makes sense.

I'm halfway through atm. It's great if you're not too concerned about scientific accuracy.

I get the feeling the worse is still to come.

The director has said he didn't think Jordan would approve episodes 7 and 8.

The whole thing is just a circle jerk for MJ
