Highly recommend 'Rostered On' - an indie comedy/mockumentary about a big retail shop in Geelong. Quite funny and there were a couple of moving scenes too. Really enjoyed it.

Finally getting through season 1 of Ozark. Thoroughly enjoying it.
No, but I did watch Turkish fantasy series The Protector.
Which I thoroughly recommend: corny but hugely likeable and entertaining.
I think I probably found a recommendation for it from this site anyway, thinking about it.
Am enjoying it. But i am missing the voice overs a bit. Also not sure i like the remixed theme.

Yeah started this yesterday. On to ep 4 now. They're all really good.
Ep 1 definitely the most intriguing though for me so far.
Reckon he found something out at his work and someone went to great lengths to make sure his movements couldn't be traced at The Belevedere.

Where is the French father??? Also think it was his friend in episode 1, the partner in episode 2 and obviously father in episode 3

Yep and i don't think he even entered that room he was found in via the roof at all and he was placed there IMO by his friend at work who had him murdered for whatever reasons.
Shocking Police investigating and even in the cause of death there was evidence to keep investigating it because his ankles were broken in ways not consistent with that fall let alone that tiny hole he was meant crash through........ I hope this case gets officially re opened because of this show and it won't be the first time a cold case file is looked at again.
Episode 1 is definitely the most intriguing. No idea what happened.
The call he got is the big question I think, but how does he get through the hole, with nobody at all seeing them? How do you get a dead body to that point, his broken lower leg bones are inconsistent with "falling" through the hole. How did his thongs get on the roof?
I think someone from his work paid someone a lot of money to make the hotel footage disappear.
The note is very intriguing too.

Thongs and phone were placed there intentionally and his phone was not even broken....... No doubt in my mind the killer put them up on the roof after his body was already placed in the room from inside the Hotel. I also agree lots of money changed hands IMO to make sure CCTV footage just happened to be lost / not connected etc at the time his body was planted in that room.
That note contains something and needs to be figured out and he wrote something in code in it but i am surprised how quickly the Police just fobbed it off.
The whole investigation just stinks from start to finish and i really feel for his wife and loved ones.
As for the French father, I agree with the theories in the show that he is in South America. 100% he has fled completely unnoticed.

He was a freelance writer and maybe he was preparing to write something about the place he worked and it reeks of maybe he uncovered a corruption racket inside his workplace etc and his friend seemed very dodgy that runs that firm. As soon as he was found they lawyered up straight away and a gag order was placed on the whole company and every worker in there which made it impossible for Police to question anyone and why would they do this if they had nothing to do with it?
Police know for a fact that phone call came from his work also which led him out of the house in a hurry but that was as far as they could get because it was from an internal switch board.

most VPNs are detected by US Netflix.
ExpressVPN isn't, at the moment. 6 months ago I got blocked by both Amazon and Netflix but it's working now and for the last 3 or 4 months.
I use surfshark. Didn't realise Amazon had different content. What's on the US Version on both Amazon and Netflix worth watching?
