I will say Roughead as well. Very disappointing.

I have kept Pyke just to remind me not to go cheap in the rucks again. I do it every year.

I thought Tex Walker would go better but I didn't expect a great deal from him.

We all have em. I think it's time we made a definitive list!

Higgins
Swan
Cotchin
Wingard
Pavlich
Birchall
Suckling

That will do for now. Bunch of campaigners!

Higgins wasn't that bad a pick if you got rid of him at the right time. I'd pick him again at a very cheap price.

- Rioli
- Dixon
- Pyke
- Caddy
- Cotchin (a lot depends on the last five weeks but he's probably a never again)
- Key Forwards, I can't take a trick so i'm giving them away.

Key forwards in general
Zorko
Small defenders in general
A bit harsh on Zorko. He's averaged 92 which is good value for his starting price. In fact, if you ignore the match where he was injured and the one where he played with gastro before being subbed off, he's averaged 104.

My never agains are Rioli and Montagna. Two years in a row I've traded in Rioli just in time for him to go down with a serious hamstring injury. Montagna's put in some (lack of) efforts that have destroyed my season. I might forgive him if they were due to him being tagged out of those matches, but a couple of his worst scores came when he wasn't tagged.

It's his inconsistency that worries me though. Way too many inadequate scores.

LeCras looks promising - doesn't deliver
traded macrae out for lecras in rd12
Here is the diff - ouch
Macrae 126, 101, 89, 56, 71, 172, 136
Lecras 65, 47, 114, 109, 44, 76, ???

That was a sideways trade at best. I made the Lecca mistake in 2012.

Higgins was only ever a cash cow because of his cheap starting price. He was never a keeper.

Hindsight
At the time macrae was slowing down, which he did rd14-r16 - but gone up another gear in the last two rounds!
lecras looked promising, especially rd11 - but now is wingard best mate, spuds

Roughead , expected him to do better without Franklin, built like Tarzan , plays like Jane, smells like Cheetah

Not sure about "plays like Jane"...pretty harsh. That said, not sure I'll get him again either, is too up and down.

For me:

Higgins
Suckling
Burgoyne
Montagna

I'd also add Rioli, but I've never had him ever in any form of fantasy. Too inconsistent. And prior to this year, I'd already put a line through Chappy (for the past few years- too injury-prone and now old), Pav (age), and now NRoo (age). Rightly or wrongly I can't see myself ever picking up Bartel again either, unless as a super cheap DPP.

Suckling was awesome value at 314k (priced at 60ppg) for an 83 season average to date. If he can get that average up over 85-86 by the end of the year it will have been a win for anyone who started with him and held onto him as their D6 or D7
