I've had a fair few...most of them in primary school. Got an absolute beauty at basketball once. There was even an action shot of it because my mate's girlfriend was taking photos. Unfortunately they broke up and I never got a copy of it.
The ball was going out, so I dived to throw it back in, but then couldn't stop myself and fell head first into the scoring table.
