Have watched the usual talking dimwits saying how damaging it is to have a player running forward of the contest, 'shoulders first', delivering forward. Well, it's not that hard, here's a complete numpty talking about it back in 2019. Although, I didn't have a buzz word, I just talked about running forward of the contest.

Sadly, 'shoulders first' is huge now. Sloaney was all over it on SFS this morning. Not that it ever mattered to him, he was hack forward central.
