All winnable games on current/exposed form. This is a fantastic opportunity to string a few wins together and get our season rolling. At a minimum we should expect to win 3 out of the next 5. I know we should only be taking things one week at a time, but im excited about the next 5 weeks.

As you said, 1 week at a time.

However, looking at that, there's no doubt we can win them. I'm not saying we will, in fact I feel pretty confident in saying we won't, but we can put ourselves in winning positions realistically in all those games, and who knows what happens from there?

We'll win a few of them I think, but let's focus on Melbourne for the time being.

Regardless of who we play we must:

get the most out of each player

do so consistently

Then the skies the limit.

Those are the things that must happen.

Adelaide seem to be playing pretty good footy at the moment, but all of those games seem very winnable. Even the West Coast game at subiaco, which last year would have seemed unthinkable.

If you think about it, the supporters of all those 5 clubs will be looking at Carlton on their fixture as an easily winnable match as well. All matches in footy are winnable (except Geelong matches) but they are all 50/50s in my mind, besides Melbourne.

It will certainly be a test of whether we are able to reproduce this kind of form over the next 5 weeks. If we play like we did today, there is no doubt we'd be in with a chance for a few more wins like today.

However, like Jeremias said, let's not get to ahead of ourselves. We play Melbourne this week, and lets concentrate on them for the time being.

Today was a culmination of all the work that has gone into the squad with the defensive piece of the puzzle finally slotting in. The Pies looked underdone, but today was definitely an incremental step forward and if we continue at this rate there is no reason why we can't win the next five.

I predict 11 wins for the season.

lets not get ahead of ourselves here boys. great win, sure, but if i know carlton, (which i do), i wouldn't even be pencilling in victories yet*. as that other guy said: 1 week at a time.

*except against melbourne.:D

massive pivotal win today. Not enough can be said.
Judd leading, ratts getting his first win, avoiding the streak,
young blokes performing and Fev doing what fev does best.
Awesome for the playing group and will
give them the belief required to go into the next 5 rounds
knowing they are a real chance.

If we play like today...anything is possible from now on.
Dare to Dream.

Yeah down with Rangas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All Carlton need to do is get rid of Jacobs for my dream to be complete of Carlton being ranga free.

DOWN WITH JACOBS. hes a nice young kid but he also jeopardises our chances of being able to call ourselves 'ranga free'.

West coast will bounce back sometime surely, our list on paper isn't that bad.

Melbourne could be anything, if they play like they did against geelong they may upset any team.

Adelaide is very hard one.

Fremantle are looking pretty bad.

Talk about getting ahead of yourselves. If we win two in a row you guys will be talking us up for the premiership.:)

If we win 3 out of the next 5 matches I would very happy.
