Yeah. I always loved old Denis Pagans quote: "If your aunty was bald she'd be your uncle." Bloody brilliant.

It reminds me of the Ancient Greeks. They had the philosophers. The astronomers. The mathematicians.

And I've got this PowerBall syndicate going with 12 of my mates. Sometimes 17 comes out, and we have 18. And sometimes 3 comes out & we have 8. So close but yet so far. We've had some medium wins but we're really interested in landing the big one with a stack of play money to go with it. See, we play the PowerHit so it lets us breathe easy. It sometimes gets to the stage I hyperventilate & need to start breathing into a sleeping bag.

What I hope it isn't (and I think it has all the hallmarks of not being one) is a false dawn. We've had many of them over the last couple of years but this feels a bit different. Hawthorn are very beatable, and the Dogs would be another terrific test to see where we are based off the result earlier in the year
