I am really happy to have Bass, the only thing I'm worried about though is who will be his assistants?

Will need several very good ones, and I'm not sure Bass has too many connections in this regard.

So if Bass gets the nod, who would he surround himself with?

One thing is for certain IMO. None of the current line coaches should be retained.

We don't need another rookie coach. That would be a backward step considering our recent appointments. If we want to stop the pattern of player exodus we have to appoint quality. Unfortunately there are not many of that calibre available so will be a tough ask but let's see if our new boss has some tricks up his sleeve.

Im going out on a limb here, having picked in the past, all four coaches at some stage of this discussion - Clarko, Horse, Dew and Bass.

I am definitely saying that our next coach will be Dew. With ROK as an Assistant.

Dew hasn't been spoken to by the club. Given the announcement will be next week you can bet Stiffy's left one Dew won't be spoken to at this late stage.

This is really hard to pick..

Numerous people have said Dew hasn't even received a call from the AFC.. Same was said about Sumich..
Their colleagues may be saying that to protect them if they're not successful with their application, so they don't start having the questions marks hovering over their heads as to why they fail to land jobs..
