Geez if your a crows fan listening to Bone and Rooch you'd just about slit your wrists!!!
I don't listen to them, they are still bitter at the crows for their wrong reasons, but they can hang onto it for as long as they like! We don't want them!

Well I think we might have hoped for something better than what they fed the media
Better?

Would you have kept Sando while we were looking, knowing as soon as we found someone he was gone? AND knowing that keeping his was not an option?

Without a list manager and a coach, I'll be very surprised if we don't make the big announcement in the next couple days. Surely we can't wait until half way through trade week.

Yeah I'm reluctantly coming around to that scenario.

I guess I just didn't want to believe we could be such amateurs - but then it is us.
Not too many clubs sack their coaches with someone junping straight in, only Freo come to mind.

Way too much overreacting

We have a List Manager. Noble.

We just want a different one, to give him more time elsewhere.

I mean an actual list manager whose job it is to solely manage lists. Not the guy who has about 20 different roles... But point taken.

The coach thing still stands.

Clearly the preference would have been a plan in place. Now maybe we still do, but as each day slips past it's looking increasingly likely we have no one.

I think this is our most important appointment since Blight, we are quickly slipping off the AFL map. We are no ones club of choice.

If we had a share price it would spiralling every day we are rudderless. We need a speedy, strong announcement not the appearance we are clamouring for whoever we can grab.

Yes, absolutely this should have been in place before Sando was sacked

Give me the timeline of having a 'plan in place'.

So, you've just completed your review and have come to the conclusion that Sando needs to go... What next?

The faith they have in David Noble doing what he has to do ATM is staggering. If we all had the same faith maybe we will all be satisfied when all is said and done, meanwhile , the clocks still ticking, and every bodies getting ansty in their pantsties

Well that depends on the time line of the review

Are you suggesting we decided Sando needed to go a day or 2 before we sacked him?

You're seriously excited about a rumour without names that can be easily justified regardless of who gets appointed? I know it's been a while to wait, but didn't know anyone was that desperate yet. The field of contenders is known, as there's simply no one else available that can surprise. The only long shot I can think of is Brad Gotch.
I was merely trying to find out when the next issue of Croweater78 Talk was coming out, that's all. It's been a fun read so far.

You know, a bit of a pisstake. Certainly not trying to present myself as one of those desperately excitable types...

Imo members should contact Fagan via twitter raising concern that we are entering trade week with no CEO in the chair, no coach and no dedicated list mgr and a update on these decisons would be timly

You're probably better off to make up your own stuff, it's equally credible. You could present the Fax of Tex Support.
